Clark Nuber is an accounting firm located in Bellevue, Washington whose clients include commercial businesses, high net-worth individuals and not-for-profit organizations. They are the 6th largest accounting firm in the Puget Sound region, ranked by number of area professional staff in Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2008 Book of Lists.[1] Founded in 1952, Clark Nuber has over 115 tax and audit professionals and 13 partners.[2] They are a member of The Leading Edge Alliance, an international professional organization of independently owned accounting and consulting firms.[3] Clark Nuber was named one of the best companies to work for by Washington CEO in 2001, 2003, 2006 and 2007.[4]

Clark Nuber began as a sole proprietorship in 1952 after Don Clark purchased the Bellevue office of Benson & McLaughlin, a Seattle-based firm. In 1968, Don was joined by Kenneth R. Burress to form the partnership of Clark & Burress. On June 1, 1972, following the resignation of Ken Burress, Robert G. Nuber and David D. Millison joined Don Clark to form the partnership of Clark Nuber & Millison. In November 1980 the firm changed its name to Clark Nuber & Co. The firm moved to its present location in Bellevue in 1990 and officially changed its name to Clark Nuber P S in 1995.[5]
