Clarias maclareni is a species of fish in the Clariidae family. It is endemic to Cameroon.It is known to grow to 36 cm. It has 62-77 dorsal soft rays and 52-57 anal soft rays and is characterized by a vomerine tooth plate with a median length that is much shorter than the premaxillary length.
