Clancy Sigal

Clancy Sigal (born 1926) is an American novelist and screenwriter. He was " born in a rough Chicago neighborhood." He was a part of the Philadelphia Association experiment with R. D. Laing at Kingsley Hall. He wrote the screenplay for the 2002 Salma Hayek film Frida. He has a son named Joe Sigal and his wife, who is named Janice Tidwell Sigal is featured in the recent BBC TV series The Trap.
