Even before I started this article there was like well over 5,000 Google hits for this artist. The problem is a goodly proportion of them are in Portuguese which I don't read. I know that he was an important person in the latin samba and choro music scene in Brazil and has influenced the world music scene. I keep hoping that someone more knowledgeable in this area while contribute more. Especially somebody who understands Portuguese. Williamb (talk) 16:48, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
