CJHL can refer to any of the following ice hockey leagues in Canada:
- Canadian Junior Hockey League is the association of Canadian Junior "A" hockey leagues
- Calgary Junior Hockey League operating in Calgary, Alberta
- Calgary Junior C Hockey League operating in Calgary, Alberta
- Capital Junior Hockey League operating in the Edmonton, Alberta area
- Central Junior A Hockey League operating in Eastern Ontario
- Central Junior C Hockey League operating in Eastern Ontario
For the many ice hockey leagues that used to be referred to as the CJHL:
- Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League, formerly known as the Central Junior B Hockey League from 1971 until 1993
- Georgian Mid-Ontario Junior C Hockey League, formerly known as the Central Junior C Hockey League from 1973 until 1976
- Niagara Junior C Hockey League, formerly known as the Central Junior C Hockey League in the 1960s
- Western Junior C Hockey League, formerly known as the Central Junior C Hockey League from at least 1969 until the early-to-mid 1980s
