    The first sentence in the "Establishment" section is, "Roosevelt proposed the establishment of a civilian conservation corps during the 1932 presidential campaign." (emphasis mine throughout entire paragraph.) Is that written correctly? I was thinking it should probably be, "Roosevelt proposed the establishment of a civilian conservation corp." OR "Roosevelt proposed the establishment
