This is actually a PNG file, but it has JPG extension so that the thumbnail is 20K JPG and not a 80K PNG

Clearly shows the layout of the game, if anything probably increases the ability of the copyright holder to sell the copyrighted object in question, definitely doesn't detract from the actual work.
