The Civil Service Faithful Service Medal in Silver(Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen fur Beamte Angestellte und Arbeiter im offentlichen Dients Stufe in Silber) was founded on the 30th to of January 1938, as a reward civilians in the employ of the public services for 25 year or more of faithful service.

The awarded is a Silver cross, with silver wreath and a black enameled swastika in the center of the cross.

The reverse of the cross was stamped with 'Für Treue Dienst' (For Faithful Service).

The ribbon for the medal is cornflower blue.
