Ciucsângeorgiu or Csíkszentgyörgy (Romanian: Ciucsângeorgiu, Hungarian: Csíkszentgyörgy) is a commune in Harghita County, Romania comprising 10 villages:

The commune has an absolute Székely (Hungarian) majority. According to the 2002 census it has a population of 4,891 of which 95.24% or 4,658 are Hungarian.
