[edit] Qabalistic Discrepancy?

This post is highly debatable. Attempting to tie up Binah with the 14th Aethyr is highly dubious. Firstly since Binah is the third emanation on the Qabbalistic tree of life how does this square up with the 14 th Enochian Aethyr? It doesnt. Secondly the City of Pyramids symbolism is taken out of context here. Crowley always wrote in code , and the vision is no different. Thirdly Crowley might not have reached the 14th Aethyr and was seeing something else entirely during the magickal operation. Each magickal vision is subjective and attempting to pass this off has "authoritarian" is misguided and lacks study. Also the author of this post hasnt argued effectively how this isimportant to Thelema in general. It could be posted in a magickal thread to show the subjective nature of magick and the occult i dont see how relevant it is. Enochian practice and study is not relevant to Thelema. If you know the material the Enochian material is very Christian in outlook. The point of Crowley's operation was to achieve a magickal grade that was more in common with the Golden Dawn than the freedom of Thelema. The post should be deleted from the Thelema thread or put in the Binah post.--Redblossom 00:22, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
