2. The image does not inhibit sales of the DVD or posters for Mah Nakorn.
3. The image does not impede the licensing of Mah Nakorn.
4. The image does no damage to the image or quality of Mah Nakorn. In fact its use exactly fits the purpose of a movie poster, promoting the film.
