Cityview

Cityview is an alternative weekly newspaper published in Des Moines, Iowa independent of the Des Moines Register, the prominent newspaper in Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs.

The paper is known for its populist, liberal stances on issues and for reporting unconventional news, such as the disposition of tax dollars, police blotters with 911 transcripts, and opinion editorials.
