City of Leicester College

The City of Leicester college is situated on Downing Drive, Evington, Leicester. It is made up of 2 buildings, the main being the Gill Building and 200 meters down the road is the other building, Wyvern. It gained specialist status as a Business and Enterprise college. With this they built the Business and Enterprise Centre (BEC) at the Wyvern Building.

This school also has the best GCSE results for the whole city 2 years running, in 2006 and 2007.

This school is on the "hitlist" to be rebuilt, as it is repidly becoming outdated.

It was school to Gary Lineker and Emile Heskey, 2 England internationals. Leicester
