The City of Burlington Public School District is a comprehensive community public school district that serves students in prekindergarten through twelfth grade in Burlington, in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The district is one of 31 Abbott Districts statewide.[1]
Burlington City High School serves as a receiving school for almost 250 students in grade nine through twelve, from Edgewater Park Township, as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Edgewater Park School District.[2]

The district was selected as one of the top "100 Best Communities for Music Education in America 2005" by the American Music Conference.[3]
