City of Arabia is a 20,000,000-square-foot (1,860,000 m²) development in Dubailand, Dubai, UAE. It is currently under construction and will be fully completed by 2009. There will be four components of the small city: Mall of Arabia, Restless Planet, Wadi Walk, and the Elite Towers. It will also include schools, offices, and other necessities. Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, the developer, plans to link the development with the Dubai Metro. The Mall of Arabia is expected to be the largest shopping mall in the world upon opening.
