City Place I is a highrise skyscraper located in Hartford, Connecticut, USA, and is, at the present time, the tallest building in the state of Connecticut at 163 meters (535 ft). It was completed in 1980 and has 38 above-ground floors. The majority of the building is office space, though there are various restaurant and retail establishments found on the lower floors.
