- City Hall (IRT Lexington Avenue Line), a defunct station built in 1904 as the original southern terminus of the first New York City subway line
- Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall (IRT Lexington Avenue Line), just north of the original City Hall station, serving the 4, 5, and 6 trains on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line
- City Hall (BMT Broadway Line), a station serving the N, R, and W trains on the BMT Broadway Line
