The City Creek condominium tower is a planned residential-building to be erected in the City Creek development in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Current plans call for the building to stand at 415 feet tall and contain 30 to 35 levels.[1] It is projected to open sometime after 2011 when and if other City Creek condominium towers fill-up.[2] The Salt Lake City Planning Commission has approved the project.[1] Units are expected to range from 800 square feet to 4,505 square feet with the prices still unknown.[2] Upon the completion of its construction the building will be among Utah's highest-standing structures.[2]
