City Centre Plaza is Rockhampton's second largest shopping centre and is located on the fringe of Rockhampton City, on the Corner of Fitzroy and Bolsover Streets.

City Centre Plaza, a sub-regional shopping centre located in Rockhampton, QLD, commenced trading in 1989 as a stand-alone Target store and in 1997 was extended to include a Coles Supermarket and 35 specialty stores.

Stockland purchased the centre as part of the Advance Property in Fund in 2000, and on December 8, 2003, Stockland sold the centre to the JF Meridian Trust for AU $38 million.[2]

A Taxi Rank is located at the front entrance to the Centre, with a Taxi Telephone located on the wall inside the entrance doors.

The Rockhampton City Bus Interchange is located a block away on Bolsover Street and services are provided by Capricorn Sunbus.

City Centre Plaza has both shaded above ground and under ground car-parking.
