Citadel is a community in Northwest Calgary, Alberta. It is bordered by Stoney Trail on the North and West, Country Hills Blvd on the South, and Sarcee Trail on the East.
Public transportation in Citadel is provided by Calgary Transit bus route 199 to Brentwood C-Train Station. Route 128, an express bus, provides direct service to downtown during rush hour, but charges an additional 50 cents on top of the regular fare.

In 2006 it had a population of 10008.[3] Residents in this community had a median household income of $80,085 in 2000, and there were 7.7% low income residents living in the neighborhood.[1] The neighbourhood is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 2 Alderman Gord Lowe.[4]
