Cité du commerce électronique (CCE or E-Commerce Place) is a twin tower office complex located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Construction of the first phase tower at 1350 René-Lévesque Boulevard, with 27 floors, was completed in 2003 with the primary tenant CGI Group occupying most of the building. The second phase tower located at 1360 René-Lévesque, with 17 floors, was completed in 2004. Tenants for the second phase tower include EDI, IBM and CSC. Between the two towers is a glass enclosed common area with a convenience store and various fast food restaurants.

The Parti Québecois government of Bernard Landry upset members of Montreal real-estate community and some high-tech entrepreneurs when it forced companies to relocate to E-Commerce Place and nearby Cité Multimédia in order to receive tax assistance.[1]
