Cisterna di Latina is a town and commune in the province of Latina in Lazio, of central Italy. It provided the theatre of the Battle of Cisterna in January 1944. At the 2001 census the municipality had a population of 32,584 inhabitants and a land area of 142.83 km² (55.147 sq mi).
