Hi, you have moved your userpage which is in userspace (with the prefix user: ) to the article space (no prefix). So now it's considered as an article. If you want that the article be deleted, you can use {{db-author}} on it (assuming it's the reason why you blanked the page). But if the article satisfies WP:N, there is no reason to delete it.
