This image is a booking photo, more commonly known as a mug shot, normally produced in the regular operations of a law enforcement agency or correctional facility. It is believed that the use of this photograph to illustrate the booking consistent with non-free content criteria, where no free alternative exists or could be created, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Rationale: In the off chance that mugshots do not automatically fall into the public domain or are ineligible for copyright, use of this image satisfies Wikipedia fair use criteria as there are no free alternatives.
