Cirsonella waikukuensis is a minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

This species is endemic to North Cape at the northern tip of the North Island of New Zealand.

This species is found at depths of about 55 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is minute, subglobose, solid, and sculptured with indistinct spiral bands, marked off by irregularly punctate interstitial grooves. There are about nine of these bands, the lowest about half way across the base. The umbilicus is narrow and deep, with a strongly crenulated edge.
Shell coloration is white.
The shell height is up to 0.7 mm, and the width is up to 0.9 mm.
