Cirsonella densilirata is a minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found in the South Island from Lyttelton south to the Auckland Islands and The Snares.

This species is found at depths of between 90 and 185 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is similar to Cirsonella consobrina, but the whole of the post-nuclear surface is sculptured with faint incised linear grooves.
Shell coloration is white.
The shell height is up to 1.75 mm, and the width is up to 2.25 mm.
