Cirencester Kingshill School is a secondary school in Cirencester. It has over 800 pupils spread over 5 years. The school has specialist Sports College and Science College status.
In the last OFSTED report, Kingshill achieved an OUTSTANDING, the highest possible category in each area.[1] This year, Kingshill had over 70% of the year getting A-C at GCSE.
The day starts at 8.50 and ends at 3.10. The lessons are 50 minutes long, and there is a half-hour break for lunch.
Year 11 is the most prioritised year because it is the top year of the school, and Year 11 students are role models for younger pupils.
The school boasts experienced teachers, and the pupils often have to make up for their mistakes.

Pupils in the school can do many extracurricular activities, such as Kendo, Badminton, Tennis, or music etc. Some pupils create bands in school and go on to be very popular in the local community. Such bands include Xenocide, Random Insanity and the T.H. Band.
