PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I)-In the state-sector; 20 years. I worked as an engineer specialized in assemble works 1035 t/h power generation boilers, hi-tech boilers at international standards, where the operation and the technological burning process are assisted by high-performance computers and by modern automation devices, boilers made by the Vulcan-Bucharest Works and partners under Germany’s BABCOCK licence, which at the time was the world’s number 1 in the manufacture of power generation membrane wall big boilers with pump circulation and mixed (solid, liquid and gas) fuel furnace; later on I was a technology engineer at the power generation boiler workshop and 3rd senior engineer-designer.

1-engineer specialized in assemble works 1035 t/h boilers of I.E.Rovinari; under my technical assistance, my supervision and signature for execution of the assemble works as according to technical documentation of quantity and quality, the assemble works was performed for the pressure part of three 1035 t/h boilers and the machine room circuits of two 330 Mw power generation units. I took part in the ISCIR hydraulic trials and tests of the 1035t/h boilers, in the technological trials, in putting into service the power generation assemblies, in the operation monitoring of the 330 Mw power generation units in the period of guarantee as well as in the repair and the modernization works of the pressure part of the I.E. Rovinari 1035t/h boilers.

a)-In 1990 I assembled myself a car Dacia 1310 out of a pile of reconditioned scrap starting with the smallest components thereof. When I finished, it was one of the best-looking cars running on the Romanian roads, considering that many cars with modern design had not entered this country at the time yet;
b)-I designed and built in 1998 a double use car container that worked both as a car shop and sleeping berth and could be attached on Dacia 1300 and had 175 Kg weight;
c)-I placed with S.C. Dacia Pitesti S.A. an offer designed to embellish Dacia Logan body without making any changes in the existing matrices or production lines, within the limits of the current production cost.
2-Civil engineering
a)-Occasionally, I have performed several times masonry, painting, forge, reinforcing iron,electric wiring,plumbing and heating small practical works. Also many times I performed small joinery and carpentry works.
b)-For various dwellings I have performed design works, lay-out plans, architectural sketches and plans in multiple versions, usage and estimates, determined deadlines for performance and cost prices.
c)-I initiated a loft conversion for the dwelling block platforms existing in Bucharest, for the purpose of thermal rehabilitation thereof, for the block platforms hydro insulating , particularly for the construction of new dwellings at low arrangement costs, especially for young people or for the families evacuated from nationalized houses returned to former owners. I also performed architectural sketches and plans for one-room and two-room apartments. I got in contact with Proiect Bucuresti Institute, a supplier of materials and well-known constructor and determined performance deadlines and cost prices. d)-I initiated a building and development project for a micro- residential park-district, worked out architectural sketches and plans for the dwellings and related traffic arteries. e)-I cooperated with a Turkish investor which intended to build the new Romanian Opera House free of charge, provided that they were allowed to develop a Supermarket in the same building and underground car parking lots for the operation whereof they proposed a partnership to the Romanian government, I drew up the offer to the Ministry of Culture and provided host and protocol services to the Turkish partner. I was looking for plots of land, drew up lay-outs and took part in the talks that the Turkish party had with several owners of big industrial houses provided for lease.

-Experience; in 43 years of study, research and work I acquired theoretical knowledge at high level and got in contact with high technologies which I came to know and particularly I acquired a vast experience in numerous fields of activity and especially in big power generation boilers such as the 1035 t/h boiler to which I have been linked by a continuous 10-year assemble and repair works, as well as the surveillance of the 330Mw power generation units in the period of guarantee and further 10 years of work in the technical and design service. Such activities made me one of the few specialized engineers in the field
a)-fully familiar with that type of modern power generation boiler, which is one of the best in the world, of German conception incorporating high technologies,
