Ciocârlia is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania. The commune includes two villages:

  • Ciocârlia (historical names: Ciocârlia de Jos, Biulbiul-Mic, Turkish: Küçük Bülbül )
  • Ciocârlia de Sus (historical names: Biulbiul-Mare, Turkish: Büyük Bülbül)
