In the list of Kannada movies, It would be nice to indicate if a Kannada movie has won a state or national award in the format shown below.

Karnataka cinema would fall under Dravidian topics since the films are acted by Kannadigas and is in the Kannadiga language. Wiki Raja 22:04, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

Karnataka cinema includes Kannada, Konkani, Tulu, Kodava, Banjara and Sanskrit movies as well. Not all artists are Kannadaigas and even if they are, it is irrelevant for branding this topic as Dravidian topic.

Now prove that Kannadigas belong to so called "Dravidian race" or "Dravidian ethnicity", which doesn't even exist. Just because Cinema in Karnataka is majorly produced in Kannada belonging to a dravidan group of languages, it doesn't become a dravidian topic. If we go by your logic, movies produced in England, will become "Hollywood", just because both speak English.Gnanapiti 22:28, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
