Is the case still open? Are they still attempting to locate her?

The last article in the Collegian was in 2005, and the lead investigator is quoted there as saying that he has no hope of her turning up alive. The case is still "open" in that it hasn't been solved, but I don't think they're actively working on finding her. --Spangineer^es (háblame) 14:50, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

No and there have been no leads in years unfortunately, so unless any clues come up no one is actively looking for her save maybe her family and friends. A sad story all around, partially preventable but of course in a perfect world you should be able to go out at all hours drinking and partying and only worry about the hangover the next day.
