This edit is a compromise of the past two. Using euphemisms like "show all" or "in the altogether" are OK ocasionally, but for Margolis the areolae and nipples distinction is key. She's made a career out of posing nude and nearly nude (it's excrutiatingly well documented). Wikipedians cannot be vague, even if the thought of nipples makes you squeemish.
