Cinema Audio Society Awards

Cinema Audio Society Awards or The C.A.S. Awards is given annually since 1994 for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing by the Cinema Audio Society.
It gives out award for three categories:
- Feature films
- Television movies
- Mini-series or specials and television series.
The competition is open to films and programs released or aired during the calendar year, and the winners are revealed in a sealed envelope ceremony at the Cinema Audio Society awards banquet in spring. Winners are selected entirely by a written balloting of the C.A.S. full membership.[1]
