Cinecom Pictures was an independent film company founded in 1982 by Ira Deutchman (a former member of UA Classics), Amir Martin and John Ives.[1]
Releases from Cinecom included The Brother from Another Planet, Salaam Bombay!, and its highest-grossing hit, 1985's A Room with a View.
