Cindy Day

Cindy Day is a broadcast meteorologist at CTV in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Day is one of the Maritime region's most popular television personalities.[citation needed]
Before her move to CTV, Cindy Day remained one of the longest serving personalities at Global Maritimes, appearing on weekday newscasts with anchor Allan Rowe.
Day, a native of Ontario, was employed at Environment Canada before she joined Global in the 1990s.
On September 5, 2007, Day was identified as the successor to popular meteorologist Peter Coade on CTV Atlantic. Coade left CTV and announced a move to CBC the previous week after a combined 17 years with ASN and ATV/CTV.
