Cindy Bear

Cindy Bear is a cartoon character created by Hanna-Barbera. She is the girlfriend of Yogi Bear. In Yogi's First Christmas, Cindy is awakened by Boo Boo to sing in Mrs. Throckmorton's choir and she pursues Yogi for a kiss under the mistletoe.

She speaks with a pronounced Southern accent, and carries a parasol.

Cindy Bear originally appeared in the shorts Acobatty Bear, A Wooin' Bruin and the three-parter Yogi's Birthday Party where her fur was blue, but it was later changed to match that of Yogi's and Boo Boo's in Hey There It's Yogi Bear in 1964.

She also appeared in the Laff-A-Lympics series in 1977, the holiday telefilm Yogi's First Christmas in 1980, the telefilm Yogi and the Invasion of the Space Bears and The New Yogi Bear Show in 1988 and in the 1991 series Yo Yogi, she also made an appearance in Yogi's Treasure Hunt.
