"Cinderella Man" is the fourth track off of Canadian progressive rock trio Rush's 1977 album A Farewell to Kings. The song was written by Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, with the lyrics written entirely by Lee. This song is loosely based on the movie called Mr. Deeds Goes to Town, starring Gary Cooper as a man from a small town who inherits money and moves to the big city. It can be noted for being one of the few songs not written by Peart since his entry into the band.
