Cihan Haspolatlı, born on January 4, 1980 in Diyarbakır, Turkey is a Turkish football player in midfield and right back positions. He is currently playing for Bursaspor.

Cihan was a part of the Turkish National team during the build up to the 2002 World Cup Squad in Korea/Japan but missed out on selection to the final squad for the tournament.

Formerly, he played for Kocaelispor and Galatasaray. He was a key player while playing at Galatasaray, the goal he scored against Olympiacos in the Champion's League is still remembered as one of the most random goals ever scored.
