Cieux (Occitan: Síus) is a village and commune in the Haute-Vienne département of central-western France.

Besides the Étang de Fromental, in the commune of Cieux, is the confluence of the 46th parallel north and the 1st meridian east; it has been visited by the Degree Confluence Project.

At the 1999 census, the population was 897. On 1 January 2006, the estimate was 982. Inhabitants are known as Ciellois.
