CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR) CIBER, Inc. is an international system integration consultancy serving both private and government sector clients. The company's services are offered on a project or strategic staffing basis, in both custom and enterprise resource planning (ERP) package environments, and across all technology platforms, operating systems and infrastructures.

The company was founded in Detroit, Michigan, in 1974 by Bobby Stevenson and two additional partners to primarily serve the information systems needs of the burgeoning auto industry. They called the company Consultants in Business Engineering Research (CIBER). In 1978, Stevenson became full owner of the company and still today is its chairman of the board of directors. Today, CIBER is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado and has 8,000 employees in 18 countries.
