CIBC Retail Markets is the retail banking division of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. It offers savings and loan services for personal and business customers. CIBC Retail Markets is currently headed by Sonia A. Baxendale, Senior Executive Vice-President.
This unit is responsible for retail banking operations in Canada and one of the stronger performing units within CIBC.
