[edit] 7 Days a Skeptic missing info

Important to add that the hand seen at the end of 7 days a Skeptic turns out to be Theo's from 6 Days a Skeptic during the lapse in time, although he is soon trnasported back into normal times.

[edit] Notes

I removed the deletion notice. This game can be seen to be a winner of 5 awards by the AGS community on the AGS page here, and as the AGS system has it's own page, I feel that a game the studio deems one of the best should also get an article. The 'X days a.....' series, which this is the first member of, has also been featured in prominent gaming magazines in the UK, such as 'PC Gamer' and 'PC Format'.

I have nominated it for AFD. If it is in fact notable please cite these sources properly. Andre (talk) 22:21, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Linux and OS/X version

I'm removing the references to these versions. Try as I might, I could not find any place to download anything other than a Windows EXE -- Ch'marr 03:43, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

For 5 Days and 7 Days the AGS runtime engine for Linux or Mac can be downloaded from here (Linux) and here (Mac). I believe that all of the games are made in older versions of AGS and so should work with this. --Amaccormack 09:43, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rename to Chzo Mythos

Looking on Yahtzee's site (fullyramblomatic.com) He is offering the "Chzo Mythos" pack which contains all four games..I believe that the article should be renamed to the official name of Chzo Mythos. 69.112.43.41 23:36, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Is it known if Yahtzee based "Chzo Mythos" from H. P. Lovecrafts own "Cthulhu_Mythos"? --142.35.144.2 (talk)Pragmatic

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:6 days a sacrifice.jpg

Image:6 days a sacrifice.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Hand at the end of 7 days a skeptic

At the end, the player see's a final glimpse of a hand emerging from the box, even after just a few seconds before it was prompted as empty. Wasn't that person's hand Theo's from 6 days a sacrifice? When he goes through the montage of dimensions and finds himself inside the metal coffin at one point through the caretakers influence? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.21.154.113 (talk) 17:05, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

Yes, that's exactly what it is. Just keep in mind though, things like that can be discussed at a forum; Wikipedia talk pages are to be used to discuss how to improve the page.—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 17:32, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
Erm, thats what I'm doing, correcting the page... —Preceding unsigned comment added by DrTheKay (talkcontribs) 20:31, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "Apparently through CPR?"

In the Trilby's Notes section, is says Trilby was "revived apparently through CPR," but there is no evidence in the game that suggests CPR was used, and it was definitely not "apparent," as neither I nor anyone else I talked to got that impression. It is revealed in 6DaS how he actually was revived, and I think that it was the intent of Yahtzee that it remain a mystery how he came back to life until one plays the fourth game (in which case he would have had at least some of 6DaS planned out already). I think we should change it to something along the lines of "Trilby is soon revived by unknown means..." or "mysteriously revived" or something like that. ChaosMaster (talk) 02:18, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

I can agree with that. I was thinking the wording "apparently through CPR" was a coverup for the events in 6 Days a Sacrifice, in order to avoid spoilage or something. I think whoever originally edited that was thinking, what with the heart rate monitor stuff right before Trilby is revived, that it was CPR or something. Beats me. Anyway, I'm gonna fix it. --Kaizer13 (talk) 14:55, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
