Talk:Church of Scotland Act 1921

The previous text stated that Parliament had, uniquely, declared something off-limits. This is not really accurate. Parliament's theoretical supremacy and unlimited power was not changed by the 1921 Act. The Act repealed all existing state regulation of a particular matter.
