[edit] restoring assertion of notability

I am reverting this edit in order to reaffirm notability.

The wikipedia has volunteers who delete any small article that is not on a topic they are interested in, that doesn't contain an explicit assertion of notability.

The wikipedia's policies do not allow articles to be speedy deleted for a lack of notability if the article contains an explicit assertion of notability.

Please don't remove assertions of notability without explanation.
