The Episcopal Church of the Incarnation is an historic parish on Main Street in Highlands, North Carolina. Its original 1896 Carpenter Gothic church building, now the chapel, was added on May 16, 1996, to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Church of the Incarnation is still a functioning parish. In the early 2000s a new sanctuary was built and the original church building is not the chapel.The current rector is the Rev. Brian C. Sullivan.
