Church Village (Welsh: Pentref Eglwys) is a small town located in the Rhondda valleys , between Llantrisant and Pontypridd in South Wales 10 miles northwest of Wales's capital city, Cardiff.

Church Village is the site of one of the newest school sites in Wales, which is called Gartholwg Community Campus. This initiative houses a primary school - Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Garth Olwg, a secondary school - Ysgol Gyfun Gartholwg (replacement school for Ysgol Gyfun Rhydfelen), a pre-school nursery, a community library and a youthcentre
