Chuquisaca Department

Chuquisaca is a department of Bolivia, with an area of 51,524 km². Population (2001 census) 1,352,000. It borders Cochabamba, Tarija, Potosí, and Santa Cruz. The departmental capital is Sucre, also the constitutional capital of Bolivia.
The department is divided into 10 provinces.
