Professor Chuni Lal Vishen (born in 1934 in Rainawari, Srinagar) is a noted Indian educator and scholar.
He did his M.Ed, M.A in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Delhi, his MS in Industrial Engineering from University of New Haven and Ph.D from University of Kashmir. He was a Fulbright Scholar in the United States and a visiting fellow at Yale University. He has worked in the field of education throughout his career, spanning about fifty years. He has made significant contributions in the area of educational technology and developed the cybernetic model of learning and performance. Starting in 1974 in Kashmir Valley, he has established a chain of educational institutions under the CASET Educational Society, which has produced a large number of top professionals in various fields.
