Chuck Powers

Chuck Powers is an American actor who has become well known as a voice actor.
He was born in the United States and spent many years working on regional stages throughout the US. While working in New York City, he was asked to teach acting in Singapore. While he was there, Odex contacted him about voice acting and directing English language versions of a series of Japanese anime titles. He has directed and acted in series such as ONE PIECE, YUGIOH, DIGMON, DETECTIVE CONAN, INITIAL D and many others. He also created the voice of Gruff, the claymation mutt who hosted Nickelodeon’s MTV-style show Gruff’s Groove Box.
