Charles "Chuck" Coles (born 20 March 1981 in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada) is the second guitarist for Heavy metal band Brown Brigade and former lead guitarist and backing vocalist for Punk band Cauterize. He joined the band in October 2007 after the dismissal of former guitarist Craig Pattison, who were dismissed because of personal problems regarding committing the band for touring.
Brown Brigade's debut studio album Into the Mouth of Badd(d)ness was released September 18, 2007 and received mostly positive reviews, although released only in Canada and Japan.

Before joining Brown Brigade, Chuck was a member of Canadian Pop punk band Cauterize between the years 2005-2007, until the disbandment of the band. Chuck played his last show with Cauterize on October 19, 2007 while already an official member of Brown Brigade. Chuck appeared on two albums with Cauterize: "Paper Wings" (2005) and "Disguises" (2007), as well as the bonus acoustic EP "Unmasked" (2007).Chuck's addition to the band as lead guitarist in 2005 allowed for stronger three-guitar melodies that were evident on Disguises. His addition is evident in many songs on Disguises, most notably on the re-release of "Closer".

Prior to joining Cauterize, Chuck was a guitarist for Oshawa-based band Murder Culture, where the genre played varied from punk to hip-hop to reggae.

With Brown Brigade he haven't performed on any studio material yet, but he will appear on the three upcoming experimental EPs: "Buds for Life" (a.k.a. Punk Rock EP), the Untitled Funk EP and the Untitled Reggae EP.

Chuck and Dave are the only Pop punk veterans in Brown Brigade, as they both played with popular pop punk bands before Brown Brigade.

Chuck is also known to be a fan of Punk rock band Bad Religion.
